  Poster and Oral Presentations

POSTER PRESENTATION

-Size: 115-120 cm high x 85-90 cm wide.

Posters primarily are visual presentations. Authors are encouraged to use Figures, Photos, and Tables to enhance or replace text whenever possible. The poster is not a publication of record, so excessive detail about methods, or vast tables of data are not necessary.

ORAL PRESENTATION

The official language of the Symposium is English. The talk should be 20 minutes long (except for plenary lectures) and this will be followed by 5 minutes for questions. Convenors will be strict in implementing this time regime. Please ensure that your contribution is structured to contain an appropriate amount of material (20-25 screens) and does not exceed the time allotted. The preferred format for oral presentations is MS PowerPoint via data projector. You are requested to bring your presentation on CD-ROM or memory stick. If you have other requirements, including 35 mm slide or overhead projection, please contact the secretariat.
